Diabulimia Helpline Organization Conference

Katherine Marple will be a guest speaker at the Diabulimia Helpline Organization Conference on August 18, 2012, sharing her experience with eating disorders due to diabetes. The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites in Boston at Logan Airport from 10am to 6pm. Katherine will share her story at 1pm EST. DOVER —On May 8, the Eternal Embrace Hope Foundation and punk band Electric Mummy present the Beat Diabetes Benefit, an afternoon of music, prizes and inspirational presentations in support of diabetes awareness.


Taking place at The Brickhouse in Dover,, a portion of the proceeds raised will be used to benefit the American Diabetes Association’s Camp Carefree, a summer camp for kids with diabetes.

At 20 years old, she released her first book, "Test," in 2005.
